Apply for Best Anti-Fraud Solution Award
This award will recognise the best internal or external anti-fraud or security solution implemented by an organisation to protect the customer from cards and payments fraud. The winning entry will demonstrate how anti-fraud technology and processes have protected the end user and helped the business comply with regulations. The judges will regard the application of technology to create business benefits as being of equal importance as the degree of protection and innovation in the IT solution.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Background: Please outline the solution nominated. In your answer please include the speed of adoption by users over the past 18 months and other indicators of strong market reception.
- Impact on Customer: outline the degree to which the solution offers protection from cards and payments fraud and has helped deepen the customer & provider relationship.
- Impact on Business: outline how the solution has demonstrated a positive impact on the business accepting payments and the overall benefits to the provider. Provide metrics where relevant.
- Use of Technology: demonstrate how anti-fraud technology and processes have protected the end user and helped the business comply with regulations.
- Wow Factor: outline how the anti-fraud solution stands out from the crowd in terms of its creative and innovative elements.
